Who we are
Muwi Plastics Limited is a manufacturer of high-performance roof tiles. Produced at Muwi Industrial Park in Athi River, our roofing is engineered and delivered fast across Kenya and East Africa.
We are proud to provide roofing solutions that are non-corrosive, lightweight and easy to install: ideal for residential homes, industrial buildings, churches, schools and real-estate projects.

Muwi Industrial Park, Athi River
Muwi Plastics Limited was established in 2023 and made its first production run in May 2023 in a rented warehouse. In June 2026 the company moved to Muwi Industrial Park, its own site along Athi River, off Mombasa Road.

ASA + UPVC does not corrode, even in coastal and industrial air; chemical resistance from pH 1 to 14.

Outlasts ordinary iron sheets, with colour held for 15 to 20 years.

Muwi Plastics Limited is a Kenya-based manufacturer of ASA synthetic resin roofing tiles (ACT950, S-ACT1028, ACT1130 and SRT), polycarbonate clear sheets, cyclone ventilators, FRP louvers and accessories, serving residential, commercial and industrial clients across Kenya and East Africa.
How do I get a quotation?
Share your roof plan or measurements through the quote form or by phone. Our technical team prepares a tailored quotation within 24–48 hours.
Which profile should I choose?
ACT950 suits large purlin spacing and most existing structures. S-ACT1028 gives wider coverage for regular purlin spacing of 1 to 1.4 m and roof pitches above 12°. ACT1130 is for purlin spacing under 600 mm and for walls and partitions. SRT is the tile profile for homes, hotels and schools. Our team will confirm the right profile for your roof.
What warranty do you offer?
ASA + UPVC sheets of 2.5 mm and above carry a 10-year refundable warranty covering peeling or powdering of the ASA layer, substrate cracking, significant fading, leakage caused by the material and brittleness. We issue a refund or replacement within the warranty period.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver across Kenya and East Africa from our factory at Athi River. Transport fees depend on distance, load size and delivery location.
Do you also do installation?
We focus on supply, roof measurement, quotations, warranties and after-sales service. For installation we recommend certified contractors from our trusted network.
Is rainwater from a Muwi roof safe to collect?
Yes. Our UPVC resin roofing sheets are non-toxic and corrosion-free and do not release harmful chemicals, making them safe for collecting drinking water.
