🏭 What Happens at Our Factory?
- Material Prep – High-grade uPVC, ASA film, stabilizers, and impact modifiers are blended.
- Extrusion – Sheets are pressed, cooled, and shaped according to profile (SRT, ACT, or S-ACT).
- Color Coating – ASA layer is bonded to provide fade-proof color.
- Quality Checks – Every batch is tested for thickness, water absorption, impact, and UV
- Packaging – Lightweight, scratch-resistant wrapping for delivery.
- Optional Add-ons – Cyclone Fans, Clear Sheets, Cladding, Screws, Caps and Accessories
- Delivery – Nationwide via our network in Nairobi, Eldoret, and Mombasa.
